Planning applications

All Planning applications in the Bradford District go to Bradford Council Planning Department. All Parish Councils like Denholme are consulted on the planning applications in their area (parish). Our Town Council discusses planning applications at either their full Council meeting (3rd Tuesday of the month) or their Planning Committee (1st Tuesday of the month) in the Mechanics. Agendas and minutes are published here on our website.

  1. Bradford Council look after the Park and the Street Cleaning Team come regularly to empty bins. You could ring 01274 431000 to make a complaint or go online to http://www.bradford.gov.uk to report dog fouling, full litter bins etc. Denholme Town Council will also pass your concerns on to the Street Cleaning Team.

  2. I am often out and about by the park – the amount of rubbish is horrible and blows over only to get trapped in the fencing of the pens nearest the far edge of the park. Is there anything that can be done? It has a massive impact on everyone’s feelings about our local environment.
